Welcome to the Global Privacy Policy of Indescribably, LLC (together with its affiliates “Indescribably”, “we”, “us”, or “our”, as the context dictates). At Indescribably, we value and respect your privacy. We are committed to keeping secure any information we obtain from you or about you. This Privacy Policy describes our practices with respect to information we collect from or about you when you use our websites, applications, related features and any integrations, skills, or marketplace offerings we make available from time to time (collectively “Services”).
Personal information we collect
We collect personal information relating to you (“Personal Information”) if you create an account to use our Services or communicate with us. Personal Information includes all of the following:
- Account Information: When you create and maintain an account with us, we may collect your name, email address, profile image, and other information you may provide or enter into your profile.
- Payment Information: We will collect your payment and billing information if you choose to purchase any of our paid Services.
- Communication Information: If you communicate with us, we may collect your name, contact information, and the contents of any messages you send (“Communication Information”).
- Feedback: We appreciate feedback, including ideas and suggestions for improvement or rating an Output in response to an Input (collectively “Feedback”). If you choose to provide Feedback, we may store any necessary contextual or background information related to the Feedback, such as any Input and Output related to the Feedback.
- Social Media Information: We have pages and profiles on third-party social media sites and platforms. When you interact with our social media pages and profiles, we will collect Personal Information that you elect to provide to us, such as your contact information. In addition, the companies that host our social media pages may provide us with aggregate information and analytics about our social media activity (collectively “Social Information”). - Other Information You Provide: We collect other information that you may provide to us, such as when you participate in our events or surveys (collectively “Other Information You Provide”).
- Information Collected During Your Use of the Services: We may also collect information from you during your use of our Services, as detailed below.
Personal Information We Receive Automatically from Your Use of the Services
When you visit, use, or interact with the Services, in addition to the Personal Information described above, we also receive the following information about your visit, use, or interactions (“Technical Information”):
- Log Data: Information that your browser or device automatically sends when you use our Services. Log data includes your Internet Protocol address, browser type and settings, the date and time of your request, time zone setting, location data, web page referrers, mobile network, mobile operator or internet service provider (ISP), connection information, probabilistic identifiers, and how you interact with our Services.
- Usage Data: We may collect information about your use of the Services, such as the features you use and the actions you take, as well as your time zone, country, the dates and times of access, user agent and version, type of computer or mobile device, and your computer connection.
- Device Information: Includes name of the device, operating system, device type, device identifiers, and browser you are using. Information collected may depend on the type of device you use and its settings.
- Cookies: A “cookie” is a piece of information sent to your browser by a website you visit. You can set your browser to accept all cookies, reject all cookies, or notify you whenever a cookie is offered. Third-party cookies are cookies from a domain different from the domain of the website you are visiting. Similar technologies, such as pixels, web beacons, or local storage, can also be used for these purposes. We use the term “cookies” to refer to cookies and similar technologies.
Our Services use limited third-party cookies that allow us to authenticate users or enable specific features. These include analytics products that use cookies to help us analyze how users use our Services and enhance your experience.
Your Inputs and Outputs
You may provide input to the Services (“Input”) and receive output from the Services derived or otherwise based, in whole or in part, on the Input provided (“Outputs”). Your Inputs may include information you’ve authorized certain other connected applications, accounts, or services that you use to share with the Services. Your Inputs and Outputs may also include any personal data you have chosen to include in your Input or share with the Services. We have no control over what you choose to share in your Inputs, and we do not employ automated or other technical measures to restrict, censor, limit, or otherwise filter personal data from your Inputs.
The Output from the Services is generated in part using third-party large language models; as such, your Inputs are shared with such third-party services and are separately subject to such third-party services’ terms and conditions and privacy policies.
How we use personal information
We may use Technical Information and Personal Information:
- To provide, administer, maintain and/or analyze the Services;
- To improve our Services;
- To communicate with you, including to send you information about our Services and events;
- To develop new programs and services;
- To prevent fraud, criminal activity, or misuses of our Services, and to protect the security of our IT systems, architecture, and networks;
- To carry out business transfers; and
- To comply with legal obligations and legal process and to protect our rights, privacy, safety, or property, and/or that of our affiliates, you, or other third parties.
To the extent you authorize the Services to access data in your Google account, the use of data received from Google Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Aggregated or De-Identified Information
We may aggregate or de-identify Personal Information so that it may no longer be used to identify you and use it to analyze the effectiveness of our Services, improve and add features, conduct research, and for similar purposes. We may analyze general behavior and characteristics of users and share, publish, or make available aggregated information such as general user statistics. We will maintain and use de-identified information in anonymous or de-identified form and will not attempt to reidentify it, unless required by law.
Disclosure of personal information
In certain circumstances we may provide your Personal Information to third parties without further notice to you, unless required by law:
- Vendors and Service Providers: To assist with business operations and perform services and functions, including hosting, customer service, cloud, email communications, web analytics, and other IT providers. Under our instructions, these parties access, process, or store Personal Information only while performing duties for us.
- Business Transfers: If we are involved in a strategic transaction, reorganization, bankruptcy, receivership, or transition of service to another provider (a “Transaction”), Personal Information may be disclosed in diligence and transferred to a successor or affiliate as part of that Transaction.
- Legal Requirements: We may share Personal Information with government authorities, industry peers, or other third parties if required by law or necessary to comply with an obligation, protect rights or property, address violations of terms, policies, or law, protect safety, security, or integrity, or protect against legal liability.
Your rights
Depending on location, you may have statutory rights to access your Personal Information and processing information; delete, rectify, or update it; transfer it to a third party; restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent where applicable; and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Additional U.S. state disclosures
We may disclose identifiers (such as name, contact details, IP address, and device identifiers), commercial information (such as transaction history), network activity information, and geolocation data to affiliates, vendors and service providers under our instructions; law enforcement and other third parties for the legal reasons above; and parties involved in Transactions. We may also disclose identifiers and network activity information to corporate account administrators and third parties you choose to share it with.
To the extent provided by local law and subject to exceptions, you may have rights to know about our processing and the specific Personal Information collected; request deletion; request correction; and be free from discrimination for exercising privacy rights. We do not sell or share Personal Information for purposes of inferring characteristics about a user, as those terms are defined under applicable local law.

Verification
To protect Personal Information from unauthorized access, change, or deletion, we may require credential verification before a request to know, correct, or delete information. If you do not have an account or we suspect fraudulent or malicious activity, we may request additional Personal Information and proof of residency. If we cannot verify your identity, we will not be able to honor your request.
Appeals
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to appeal a decision relating to a request to exercise your rights. To appeal, send your request by certified mail to the address above.
Children
The Services are not available to persons under 16 years of age. If you are under 18, you must have your parent or legal guardian’s permission to use our Services.
Links to other websites
The Services may link to, provide access to, or offer ways to share information with websites or services not operated or controlled by us, including social media services (“Third-Party Sites”). Information you share with Third-Party Sites is governed by their privacy policies and terms, not this Privacy Policy. Providing a link or access does not mean we endorse or have reviewed those sites. Contact Third-Party Sites directly for information about their privacy practices.
Security and Retention
We implement commercially reasonable technical, administrative, and physical measures to protect Personal Information online and offline from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No Internet or electronic transmission is fully secure or error-free. Take special care in deciding what you send through the Services or electronically. We are not responsible for circumvention of privacy settings or security measures on the Services or Third-Party Sites.
We retain Personal Information only as long as needed to provide Services or for legitimate business purposes, including dispute resolution, safety and security, and legal compliance. Retention depends on the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the information, potential risk from unauthorized use or disclosure, processing purpose, and legal requirements.
International Users (except for the European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland)
By using our Services, you understand and acknowledge that Personal Information will be processed in our facilities and servers in the U.S. and may be disclosed to service providers and affiliates in other jurisdictions.
Legal Basis for Processing
Our legal bases include performance of a contract with you to provide and maintain Services; legitimate interests in protecting Services from abuse, fraud, and security risks; your consent when requested for a communicated purpose, which you may withdraw at any time; and compliance with legal obligations or protection of rights, safety, and property.
Users in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland
You may have rights to access, delete, rectify or update, transfer, restrict processing of, or withdraw consent concerning Personal Data; to lodge a complaint with your local authority; and to object to direct marketing or processing based on legitimate interests. Exercise these rights by email or certified mail using the contact details above. Rights may be limited where fulfilling a request would reveal another person’s data or where we must or have compelling legitimate interests to retain information.
If a concern remains unresolved, you can contact your local supervisory authority. For the UK, contact the Information Commissioner’s Office; for Switzerland, the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner.
Data Transfers
When you access or use our Services, Personal Data may be transferred to servers or third parties in the U.S. or other countries outside the EEA, Switzerland, and the UK. Those countries may not offer the same level of data protection as your home country. We seek to ensure an adequate level of protection through European Commission adequacy decisions under Article 45 GDPR (or equivalents), standard contractual clauses under Article 46 GDPR (or equivalents), or, in certain situations, applicable derogations.

To comply with obligations and protect rights, privacy, safety, or property: where necessary to comply with a legal obligation or for legitimate interests.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy or our Services from time to time. For changes that materially impact you, we will provide at least the minimum advance notice required by applicable law, by email or in-product notification. All other changes take effect when published to our website or within the Services. If you do not agree to changes, you must immediately stop using the Services.
